Thank you for shopping with LifeKit Guides.
LifeKit Guides sells digital products, including downloadable PDF guides, planners, templates and printable resources. Because these products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.
Digital product refunds
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Not using the product after purchase
- Downloading or opening the file
- Expecting a physical item when the product page clearly states it is digital
When we may offer support or a refund
Please contact us if:
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake
- You did not receive your download link
- The file is damaged or cannot be opened
- You received the wrong digital product
We will always try to help first by resending the file, fixing the issue, or providing access to the correct product.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
